Chongqing Aoyuan "2009 Summing-Up Conference" was held as scheduled

At 4:00pm January 11, 2010, "2009 Chongqing Aoyuan·City of Health Performance Announcement Conference" was held. General manager of Chongqing Aoyuan, Mr. Qing YAN, deputy general manager Mr. Jianguo YIN, and assistant general manager Mr. Yuejiang WANG made a wonderful speech at the meeting. More than 100 people attended the conference, such as the main media journalists of Chongqing, government leaders, and the representatives from the cooperative banks and partners. 

Impressing Selling Performance
Chongqing Aoyuan continues to introduce new forms of marketing: self-built marketing team, original "fade" strategy and high-density public relations strategies. It provides an effective support for the selling of Aoyuan·City of Health. At the mean time, it is considered as a good study case in the peers. At the weekends of the second half year, there is a large number of peers come and visit Chongqing Aoyuan for studying. 
Chongqing Aoyuan·City of Health has transactions every day throughout the year to keep the annual price increase of more than 100%. There were 10 times of it entered the TOP10 Real Estate Selling list of Chongqing. It won the "Top sales in the high-rise residential property market" title.

Good Structure Quality
Chongqing Aoyuan·City of Health which phase of A, B, C with a total construction area of about 60 million s.q.m. were completed on October 30, 2009, and made final acceptance certificate. A Phase 1 tenders and C Phase 1 tenders won Chongqing Bayu Cup prize for its good quality of structure.
