At the conference, under the commission from the group president Mr.Guo, the deputy vice president Ms Zhu XIN delivered the 2009 annual summary report. She stated that, under a complex and changeable economic situation in 2009, Aoyuan can still seize the opportunity, not only in the sales area and sales revenue, exceeded the goals by having an increase of more than 100%; but also in the group system building and operation, financial acquisitions, cost management and many other areas have been greatly improved.

There are a number of hard-working outstanding teams and individuals. All of them got awarded at the conference. 

The Group"s vice president, Mr. Zining GUO and Board of Operation Director Mr. Yang ZHONG signed the "Group 2010 target and resopnsibility agreement". Followed by Mr. Yang ZHONG respectively signed the 2010 target and responsibility agreement with the project leaders of Nansha Area, Yulin project, Chongqing project, Fogang project, Qingyuan project, Jiangxi project, and Zhongshan project. The signing of target and responsibility agreement has a significant effect on Aoyuan"s future development; it is believed that it will lead Aoyuan to a new journey in 2010. 

After the signing, Mr. ZHONG delivered the report of 2010 Aoyuan Property Group operational business target and work priorities. He pointed out the Group"s 2010 overall operational business objectives, proposed the entire Aoyuan employees to try their best by having a positive work attitude and a strong sense of enthusiasm.

The vice president Mr.Zining GUO represented the Board to conclude the entir year"s work performance. With detailed data and logic, Mr. GUO made a review and outlook on the competitive situation of the real estate market, and fully affirmed the Group and the project management team for their hard work over the past year. At the same time, he encouraged all the Aoyuan employees to put their efforts to help to achieve the new target for 2010. 

At 7:00 on that evening, after an exciting traditional lion performance, the Group"s president Mr. Ziwen GUO announced inspiring news about the success market of the Beijin project. Then, a wonderful and high-quality Spring Festival show impressed every guest.
