(Jan 13, 2009 – Guangzhou) In the afternoon of Jan 12, 2009, Aoyuan Group Annual Conference 2008 & Spring Party for 2009 were held in the grand banquet hall of Si Hai Yi Jia, a well-known restaurant in Panyu, Guangzhou. The Chairman of the board, Mr. Guo Ziwen, the Vice Chairman, Wu Jiesi, the Deputy Vice President, Mr. Guo Zining and employees attended to the event.
The conference began with a preview to the video on the Group. The history of the Group and every important moment of 2008 were replayed in front of everyone.
Projects executives respectively reported the annual performances of each project company. These reports which were directly from the frontline of sales market deeply touched the audiences. The change from bull to bear did upset people. In a mean time, the hardship and the determination of sales teams encouraged everyone.
The awarding ceremony began. Nan Guang project was awarded the Best Operation Team 2008. Finance Department of the Group was the Best Management Team. Chai Xiaoping and other 9 were awarded Best Staff on Management. Liu Meijao and other 19 were awarded Best Employees. Zheng Lianghao and other 5 were awarded Best Correspondents. Following the awarding, the conference also unveiled Top 10 corporate news of the year, and had a contracting ceremony for business objective in 2009.
By the end, the President Mr Guo Ziwen proposed a conclusion speech. He reviewed the business performance of Aoyuan in 2008 and pointed out the existing problems of the past year. He also emphasized that 2009 would be full of unpredictable factors and chances. It would be a determinant year for the future of Aoyuan. Mr Guo encouraged people to challenge difficulties and create a new climax of Aoyuan. The conference ended up with happiness and passion.
