China Aoyuan Property Group Limited Had 09Q1 Sales Reward Ceremony

(Apr 3, 2009 – Guangzhou) China Aoyuan Property Group Limited had 2009 1st quarter sales reward ceremony to celebrate the accomplishment of Q1 sales target and reward those projects and staff with outstanding performances. Members of the board, high profile leaders of branch companies and directors of function departments attended to the ceremony.
The ceremony was on at 10am. The show room was decorated with flowers and full of laughing. Representatives from each project stepped into the show room through the red carpet in big applauses from HQ staff.
Ms Liang Xiulei, President Assistant who was in charge of Sales and Marketing, unveiled the ceremony. "Facing the fluctuating market, all staff have encouraged each other to tackle difficulties and achieved incredible results! Did the Group not only accomplish the Q1 sales target, but also finish over 40% of the annual sales target within 3 months", she said.
All branch companies had reached Q1 sales target. Chongqing Aoyuan was the sales champion in terms of branch company. Nanguo Auyuan was the champion of "Highest Progress Rate of Sales". Zhang Yuqiong from Chongqing Aoyuan Canes was the sales champion in terms of individual. Board members granted champion’s cup and bonus to winners.
The Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr Wu Jiesi proposed an important speech on the ceremony. He said that sales performance, benefit and talent are must-have cultures to an excellent enterprise. The result of Q1 gave him more confidence on the future of Aoyuan. He believed that Aoyuan had set up a corporate culture featured by results and performances. Current corporate leaders had been implementing correct policies and achieved obvious results. He encouraged the Group to strengthen the concept of "benefit and talent", in order to accelerate the development of Aoyuan.
The Chairman of the Board, Mr Guo Ziwen made a conclusion speech. "The excellent result is credited to efforts of all staff. The strengthened corporate management, the upgraded marketing and sales strategies and branding strategies also play important roles", he said. Following, Mr Guo emphasized the target of Q2 and the importance of 2010. He encouraged all staff to catch chances and work harder.
