2007 The Best Collaborator Award Ceremony of China Aoyuan & 2008 Strategic Cooperation Agreement Contracting Ceremony was held in Guangzhou.
Feb 3, 2008 Guangzhou – Presided by the Executive Director, Deputy Vice President of China Aoyuan Property Group Ltd., Mr. Guo Zining , 2007 The Best Collaborator Award Ceremony of China Aoyuan & 2008 Strategic Cooperation Agreement Contracting Ceremony was held in Guangzhou on Feb 3, 2008. It indicated an invitation of strategic cooperation to global giant enterprises. Further, it predicted that we would strategically associate with many global enterprises, and enlarge our selection of strategic collaborators in global scope.
The Vice President & CFO of Aoyuan Group, Mr. Hu Dawei, announced the commend to the best collaborators of 2007 on behalf of Aoyuan Group. Best Design Service, Best Construction Quality, Best Construction Schedule and Safe Construction are awarded to those design and construction organizations that had excellent performances over the last year. Collaborators expressed that they would enhance the cooperation with Aoyuan in property business. They would like to share the happiness and woe with Aoyuan as usual. They would grow and develop with Aoyuan as well.
In order to strengthen the strategic cooperation, Aoyuan Group fully utilized the cooperation with other strong enterprises in production and operation. The Executive Director and Deputy Vice President of China Aoyuan Property Group Ltd., Mr. Guo Zining contracted the first group of strategic cooperation agreements with four national construction companies, including the Second Bureau of China Construction Company and the Third Construction of Hunan who had finished the construction assignment of Aoyuan perfectly. The establishment of strategic association laid a solid foundation for future construction schedule. The Second Bureau of China Construction Company announced its strong belief in strategic cooperation during the ceremony.
