(12 Dec, 2008 – Guangzhou) China Aoyuan Property Group Limited (Stock Code: 3883) has been awarded the "China Real Estate Industry Achievement Prize for 30 Years of Urban Construction"jointly by Nanfang Daily Group and the organizers committee of China Real Estate Industry 30-Year Submit Forum on the 30-year Awarding Ceremony. Simultaneously, the President Mr. Guo Ziwen has been granted "30 Contributors for China Real Estate Industry"; Nanguo Aoyuan, a well-known project of Aoyuan, has won the title of "Symbol of Urban Construction in 30 Years of China Real Estate Industry".
