2nd Phase of Chongqing Aoyuan Canes 590 Units Out at Launching Days

(24 Dec, 2008 – Chongqing) On 12 Dec, the 2nd phase of Chongqing Aoyuan Canes, "Nut" Community ("Jian Guo She Qu") was grandly launched. 439 units were out on first 2 days. A scare buying phenomenon was witnessed by Chongqing real estate market. The heat lasted for a couple days. By 23 Dec, 590 units were out.

The company also prepared food, such as cup noodles, bread, and hot tea, to help customers resisting the cold weather. Management team and securities had consecutively worked for 2 nights to maintain the safety and order of the waiting queue. Although in a extremely hard situation, many people could not help hiding their excitement and discussing their favorite apartments with each other. More customers took the time to inquire their sales representatives about details of the process of apartment-selecting on next day.
