(5 Sep 2008 – Guangzhou) In the morning of Sep 5 2008, Nansha Huangge Primary School is decorated with bright flags. Music and drums are whirling over the sky. Students, teachers, and social guests get together at the playground. The donation of 1 Million Yuan by China Aoyuan Property Group Limited is held here. This is another charity donation of Aoyuan Group this year. 5 months ago, China Aoyuan Property Group had donated 3.3 million to Sichuan quake-hit areas.

A Complex to Education
Although South China has entered autumn, the temperature here remains high. But it does not reduce any enthusiasm of the participants at all. People laugh and applause on the playground. Participants are: the Vice Secretary of Nansha District Communist Party Committee & District Mayor Luo Zhaoci, the Vice Secretary Bi Wanling, the Minister of District Education Bureau Lu Lvping, the Chairman of Board of China Aoyuan and President Guo Ziwen, the Executive Director of Board & Deputy Vice President Guo Zining, the retired teacher of Huangge Primary School Mai Kuiti, and a number of current leaders of the school.
The Headmaster Feng Haocheng recalls the past saying that there was only a row of brick houses 20 years ago. Thanks to the social donations, Huangge Primary School has been one of the first compulsory education institutes of Nansha area with a brand new image. The Aoyuan Group contributes a lot to the change. In 2000, Aoyuan Group had donated 600,000. This fund had been used as scholarship and stipend. Today, the 1 million Yuan donation by Aoyuan demonstrates the care for children and the love to hometown.
Mr Guo Ziwen and Mr Guo Zining retune to where they grew up. Mr Guo Zining excitingly says, Aoyuan has long been advocating the respect for teachers. Aoyuan will never forget its social responsibility as creating prominent financial benefit. With a couple of projects around the nation, Aoyuan still concerns about the development of its hometown.
Actively responding to the district government"s call upon the local development, and with a purpose of "creating Nansha as the most livable and workable costal area", Aoyuan has invested in two projects in Nansha. One is Nansha Aoyuan, and the other is Nansha Seaview City. The total investment reaches over 3 billion Yuan. Mr Guo Zining says Aoyuan will make those two projects spotlights of Nansha area.
Mr Guo Zining quotes the Chinese president Hu Jintao"s presentation about education, named "education is the foundation of a national development", saying that the 1 million Yuan of donation is to fulfill Aoyuan"s social responsibility. He promises greater contributions to education and charity industry of his hometown in the future.

Pay Back to Home and Society
The Vice Secretary of Nansha District Communist Party Committee & District Mayor Luo Zhaoci expresses his thankfulness to Aoyuan Group. He says that the accomplishments of Nansha in education last year are attributed to the supports of every sector of the society. He encourages pupils to set up ambitious objectives. Only hard-working will create talents.
After the cheque-handover ceremony, a pupil representative proposes a speech to guests. She says, all students of Huangge Primary School will never forget about the contributions done by alumni. On behalf of her fellow students, she promises to be courage and diligent. Finally, she once again expresses thankfulness to donators who are regarded as "the most respect-worthy people".
The ceremony is end up with dance performance at around 11am. Guests visit the school with the company of school leaders after the show.
