(28 June 2008 – Qingyuan) Operation and Administration Conference of China Aoyuan Property Group Limited was held in Qingyuan on 27 and 28 June, 2008. The conference aimed to enhance the operation and management of the company, accelerate the standardization of administration process, and guarantee the annual objective of each project.
The Chairman of Board and CEO of China Aoyuan Property Group Ltd, Mr. Guo Ziwen gave an opening speech. He said, "we must review the spirit of Aoyuan which is characterized by encouragement and conscientiousness. We must acknowledge the challenge and competitiveness of us". The Chairman announced the new administration structure and senior managers’ responsibility. He also stressed the essential targets of the second half year.
Senior managers, director of each department and project company, marketing center and cost control center were in attendance. The discussion centered on informationalization of office work, brand marketing and product quality control. Participators actively expressed their opinion. A training course for application of ERP system and OA office system was in the conference agenda. The marketing department also did a presentation about the marketing environment and new methods.
The Executive Director of Board and Deputy Vice President, Mr. Guo Zining, did a presentation on "Issues and Suggestions on Cost Control". He discussed the importance of cost control, issues existing in current cost control system of the corporation, and suggestions in improving the cost control system. The Executive Director of Board and Vice President, Mr. Hu Dawei, concluded the production work in the 1st half year and introduced the key works in the 2nd half year.
It is believed that the conference would helpful to future marketing strategies, cost control, product development, corporate branding, imfornationalization office, and human resources management. The Group would show investors and public a better operation module.
