(Mar 18 2008 Guangzhou – Mar 18), 2008, the Establishment Ceremony of Chamber of Commerce of Guangdong Property Industry was held in Guangzhou Garden Hotel.
Chairman of Guangdong People"s Political Consultative Conference (PPCC), Mr. Chen Shaoji, former Vice Chairman of Guangdong PPCC, Mr. Shi Anhai, former Chairman of Guangzhou PPCC, Mr. Chen Kaizhi, Vice Minister of the United Front of Guangdong Provincial Committee and Secretary of Communist Party of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce (GFIC), Mr. Huang Shaoxiong, Vice Secretary of GFIC, Ms. Chan Haiyan, Vice Chairman of GFIC, Li Yangchun, Lu Xiaozhou, Kong Furong, Secretary Chen Ruizhi, Vice Director of Guangdong Administration of Folk Organizations, Mr. Zhang Yuanxing, representatives from relevant departments of Guangdong provincial government, from each chamber of commerce of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, and other well-knowns from each section of the society were in attendance. The total number of participators was more than 400.
Mr. Chen Shaoji, Chairman of Guangdong People"s Political Consultative Conference, proposed a passionate speech to express congratulations to the ceremony. Mr. Huang Shaoxiong, Vice Minister of the United Front of Guangdong Provincial Committee & Secretary of Communist Party of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, made a speech as well. On behalf of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Huang Shaoxiong expressed congratulations to the establishment of Chamber of Commerce of Guangdong Property Industry, greetings to whom selected President, Executive President, Vice President and Members of Council and express warm welcome to leaders and guests in presence. He said:
From planning to establishment, the Chamber of Commerce of Guangdong Property Industry cost years and great lot of human efforts. Being recommended and fully examined by many social sections, a great number of property elites of Guangdong province were congregated in the Chamber, displaying marvelous intelligence and exerting great influence. Its birth indicated that the powerful property enterprises of Guangdong would have a family from then on. As a guidance-providing institute, Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce would devote itself to providing guidance and service, and enhancing the contact of each member. It was hoped that the Chamber of Commerce of Guangdong Property Industry could catch opportunities in a new round of Ideology Liberation. To enhance self-development; to utilize the advantage of the Chamber; to strengthen the industrial discipline; to congregate the industrial resources; to intensify communication and cooperation, to construct a platform of service; to protect the legal benefit of each member; to increase the orientation; to boost the reputation of the Chamber; to encourage member enterprises to fulfill the social responsibilities; to construct a harmonious labors" relationship; to create the credibility of enterprises; to be contributors of socialism with Chinese characteristics; to develop Guangdong property industry in a stable and healthy way; to build an energetic brand chamber; to contribute to the construction of well-off society; to carry out the scientific ideology of development.
As the first Director, Mr. Guo Ziwen, the Executive Director General of the Chamber of Commerce of Guangdong Property Industry, felt deeply pleasure. Mr Guo said that he would remain the concept of the Chamber, maintain the co-existence of differences and similarities, share the happiness and woe, try hard to create a brand Chamber of Commerce, and do contributions to the swift and stable development of Guangdong property industry.
