General manager Li Yuanfei first described in details the project development, commercial planning and merchant promotion progress to the visiting officials. He said that Shenyang Aoyuan has received exceptional care and support from the government leaders and has been widely sought after by the broad community. In 2012, it ranked number two in the Shenyang city market in terms of number of areas sold and number of units sold; in 2013, the project will continue to work on achieving great results, while contributions to the commercial and regional economic development will be accelerated to work together with the government, in order to build the first community in Shenyang based on the new concept of service and blessed living. 

The team of visiting officials praised the construction of Shenyang Aoyuan project and expressed the intention to continually support all areas of works of the project. This was the first time Mr. Jian Qiang, the newly appointed district chief of Sujiatun district, visited Shenyang Aoyuan, he commented that the Aoyuan Shenyang project can greatly facilitate the development of the economic circle in the Convention Plaza and the business circle in the New South Station, and will definitely play a crucial role in the rise of economic activities in Sujiatun district.
