Mr. Guo Zining described the overview of Aoyuan Health Plaza to the team of officials led by department head Zhou Jun. In March 2012, the project was awarded the recognitions "Panyu Government Key Project" and "Demonstration Base of South China Health Industry". With site area of 48,000 sq.m. and floor area of 180,000 sq.m., the project consists of three main structures: the Zhonghua Urban Health Center, commercial walking street and international apartments. The project is expected to complete sales in 2014 and commence official operation in 2015. Currently, various renowned merchants including international high-end physical exercise club, maternal and child health club and brand name spa operator have expressed their intention to set up stores, and upon their opening several hundred employment positions will be created. Building on the success in Aoyuan Plaza, Aoyuan Health Plaza is another key commercial achievement by Aoyuan Group in the commercial circle of PanyuQiaonan area. The project is aimed at building a representative large-scale health and commercial complex and has been highly sought after by all walks of people and investors from the society.

Department head Zhou Jun fully recognized all areas of achievements madein the Aoyuan Health Plaza project, and expressed that the organization department of district committee will actively coordinate between the district committee and the relevant departments of the district government to provide fully support for its construction, and work together to solve any difficulties arisen during the development of the project, in order to make greater contributions to the economic development inPanyu district.
