AoyuanCity Plaza is located at thecentral business district of the Changlong-Hanxi-Wanbo segment in themost sought-after core zone of Panyu New Town. Lying on the extension of the central axis of Guangzhou New City (Teemall - Zhujiang New City),it enjoys an apparent advantage of superior location in a core area. Tianhe, Haizhu and the Panyu hinterland can be reached in15 minutes via Xinguang Expressway, South China Expressway, Shiguang Road andPanyu Avenue. To the left of AoyuanCity Plaza is NanguoAoyuan, a high-end property project developed by Aoyuan Group some time ago. AoyuanCity Plaza is surrounded by many mega-scale high-end communities. Opposite to it is the only 5A Scenic Area in Guangzhou, Chime-long Resort of Guangzhou, which has over 10 million visitors a year. With a well-connected transport network, the favourable location will surely attract a large crowd and unlimited commercial value that follows. 

This real estate project will include special commercial streets, centralized business, theatre, themed boutique hotels, loft apartments and grade A offices. The VIP registration of AoyuanCity Plaza will begin on 11 May. The retail spaces and apartments on lot number 5 and lot number 7 will be released in Phase 1. In this phase, prime retail spaces of 30 to 90 sqmetres with extremely high efficiency ratio. Official sale is expected to begin in June.
