(9 May 2013 – Guangzhou) At the occasion of 4 May Youth Festival,Aoyuan Group and the Real Estate College of the Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai jointly organized the final round of the second "Aoyuan Cup" Star in Real Estate Competition and the 4th May special youth session of the AoyuanPlaza·Glamour Stage Talent Competition. The event was held at the Glamour Stage of Aoyuan Plaza. With hundreds of youngsters present, the event was filled with youthfulness. Mr. GuoZining (Secretary of Party Committee and CEO of Aoyuan Group), Mr. Yan Bofei (Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Vice-President of Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai), Mr. Tang Lindi (Associate Dean of the Real Estate College of the Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai), the AoyuanArt Troupe, staff of AoyuanDepartment Store and other staff members attended the event. 

The second"Aoyuan Cup" Star in Real Estate Competition began on 19 April. It attracted about 600 contestants from high schools in Zhuhai and Guangzhou areas. The 50 contestants who entered the second round visited Aoyuan Plaza and Aoyuan Health Plaza in the company of Mr. Hu Longxiang, Chief of the Aoyuan Art Troupe, on 21 April. Mr. Dai Huiping, Training Manager of the Human Resources Department of Aoyuan Group, introduced the history of Aoyuan Group and its corporate culture. The marketing department of Aoyuan Department Store briefed the students with the annual marketing theme of Aoyuan Plaza. 

5 individual awards and 3 group awards were given in the final round of competition on 4May after the keen competition in case presentation of the Aoyuan Plaza project, sales pitch of Aoyuan Health Plaza and Talents Face-Off. Mr. Guo, Mr Yan and Mr Tang attended the dinner banquet of the award ceremony. They gave passionate speeches to the winners. The Aoyuan Art Troupe recited a contemporary poem called Youthful Aoyuan, which was written especially for the occasion. The poem shows the young spirit of Aoyuan and the vibrant energy from interaction between Aoyuan and the youths.

In the afternoon, Glamour Stage, the main organizer of the event, co-organized the "Winning Colours of the Youth"AoyuanPlaza·Glamour Stage Talent Competition with Integrated Service Centre of Qiaonan Street and Yujie Dance Centre. It was the 4th May special youth session of the competition. The event was filled with exciting young hearts. Aoyuan Plaza became a glamorous stage with different performances such as dance, music, choir, poems and cheerleading. The youthfulness of the performances attracted the audience to fill up all floors in the East Atrium. Aoyuan Plaza"s Glamour Stage also held the first monthly competition on 29 April. Ma Weiwei, a national 2nd class actor, member of the Dancers Association of Guangdong Province and Assistant Professor at the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, was the adjudicator. After many rounds of keen competition, the top 3 performers and the winner of the outstanding performance award were selected from over a hundred contestants. They will appear in the final round and the top 3 performers won a cash prize of RMB 3,000, RMB 2,000 and RMB 1,000 respectively. 

With the effort of the entire team of Aoyuan Plaza, the cultural influence of Aoyuan Plaza"s brand of Glamour Stage has been extending and maintains the popularity of Aoyuan Plaza.
