In the morning of 12 May, Mr. Guo Zi Ning, the President, accompanied by Mr. Xiao Yi, General Manager of Chongqing Sub-District Company, first visited "Chongqing Aoyuan The Metropolis", a ready-for-launch project. Mr. Xiao Yi explained the existing design progress, approval application progress and construction progress to Mr. Guo at a temporary reception center.Mr. Guo also went to the site to have an on-site inspection. He took a look on the normalized living community. Mr. Guo granted supreme accolade for the refine management and rapid development model of Chongqing Sub-District Company.

After that, Mr. Guo had a friendly communication with various major contractors, listened to the comment and advice for Chongqing Aoyuan from partners and expressed Aoyuan"s confidence in developing Chongqing. He also stated that Aoyuan has been going through the rapid development stage and hoped to have continuous cooperation with excellent partners in Chongqing. 

In the afternoon, Mr. Guo paid a visit to Aoyuan Shui Yun Shan Jian and Aoyuan·Jinyu. Mr. Guo inspected each floor in Aoyuan·Jinyu in detail, and granted supreme accolade for the safe and civilized construction as well as the construction quality. He then had a meeting with middle to senior management of Chongqing Sub-District Company, during which the management reported the situation in respect of the design, approval application, construction, promotion and sales of project. After listening to the report, Mr. Guo highly recognized the work of Chongqing Sub-District Company in recent years and encouraged it to expand in a continuous and active manner, raise staff"s spirits in respecting work, inspire their loyalty and keep good team spirit in order to further enhance the efficiency, put special effort on design, optimize the application of "Plus-Minus Method" and foster the corporate culture.

The operation team of Chongqing Sub-District Company unanimously stated that they will try their best to achieve every target, endeavor to win popularity for Aoyuan brands by virtue of competitive products, quality and services and keep broadening the brand"s appeal in Chongqing as well as South-west China.
