(15 May 2012 – Guangzhou) The inaugural meeting and opening ceremony of Guangzhou Panyu Property Management Institute (GZPYPMI) were held at the PanYu Sub-bureau of Land Resources and Housing Management of GuangZhou Municipality. Aoyuan Property attended the conference in the capacity of executive member candidate of the first session of GZPYPMI.
As a subsidiary of China Aoyuan Property Group Limited, leveraging on the brand of the company, position, management performance and management quality, Aoyuan Property was successfully elected to be the executive member of the first session.
