The former committee chairman of Panyu District of Guangzhou, Mr. Songyou Chen took a visit to Nansha Aoyuan with other 50 retired government officials on 4th June, 2009. They were all impressed by the unique four natural landscapes of mountain, forest, lake and sea that Nansha Aoyuan has, and the main concept of health-related property that it is promoting.
In the Sales Centre, the executive vice president of Aoyuan Group, Mr. Zining Guo detailed the natural advantages and the future developing plan of Nansha Aoyuan. He also presented the current state of the cooporation of Aoyuan with the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine on the health-related basement project and health-related hotel. It is believed that Nansha Aoyuan will be developed as the biggest health-related centre in southern China based on the unique natural conditions.
Mr. Songyou Chen praised the "Gas Station for Life & Guarantee for Health" concept that Aoyuan is promoting. By showing his impression, he gifted Mr. Guo a tablet of "Optimal Health-Related Property in southern China".
To finish off, Mr. Songyou Chen took another visit to the Nansha Aoyuan model units, and he was totally satisfied with the health-related property progress that Nansha Aoyuan has been doing. Well-known calligrapher Mr. Fuming Zhang said that he was actually quite amused by the overall natural environment that Nansha Aoyuan has, and he also stated that Nansha Aoyuan is strongly worthy for high standard living.
