(25 July 2013—Guangzhou)Aoyuan City Landmark witnessed the grand opening of its first lot of street shop units atop 3 metro stations together with the contract-signing ceremony of ten merchants in Aoyuan Golf Hotel. 150 street shop units of 45-90 s.q.m. in size attracted over 500 customers for purchase. On the opening day, subscription reached approximately RMB 600 million.

The 45-90 s.q.m. street shop units atop three metro station for the first phase of Aoyuan City Landmark were selling hot. Most clients bought more than two units. Those units with prime location were snapped up. Some investors even purchased half or even the entire street!
