Prior to the event, Mr Liu Yi and others visited the office of PCFAC. Mr Guo Zining introduced the party committee of Fan Ao and the community, and expressed gratitude to the huge support and guidance on the establishment and operation of PCFAC by organizational department of Guangdong provincial party committee and various leaders. As the first community level party committee in Guangdong province lead by private entity, PCFAC has been actively innovating party operation in the new community under the meticulous guidance and strong support of leaders of organization department of provincial, municipal and district part communities. PCFAC assists party members to set foot in the community and take the initiative to participate in community management and service with a view to establish a civilized, harmonious and happy community. 

The tree planting activity started at 10:00a.m.. Under the drizzle, the passionate volunteers dug with shovel for planting seedlings. Standing in a freshened forest, smiles of happiness were seen on their faces. After the event, Mr Liu Yi convened an on-site working conference at the conference room of an Aoyuan property with staff of organizational department of provincial party committee who participated in the event to discuss the working approach of the community organization work on the entire province in the next stage.

Mr Liu Yi and others spoke highly of PCFAC for their innovation in the party committee of Fan Ao and comprehensive service for the community and public. Mr Liu Yi remarked that the spirit of PCFAC to enter into the public to innovate community party and to establish a happy community has set a good example for the entire province. Organizational department of the provincial party committee shall actively support various operation of PCFAC to jointly establish a happy community.
